What is Refugee Health Connections?

Refugee Health Connections is a home visitation program that provides parent education, family support, early intervention services and serves as a link to health care services. Community Health Workers assist families with establishing a medical home, scheduling medical appointments, and attending medical appointments to provide interpreting services.

Who is eligible?

Refugee Health Connections is available to refugees from Southeast Asia who are currently living in Marshall County, expecting a child, or who have children birth to age 5 years who voluntarily enroll.

Services are available in Burmese, Karen, Karenni, Chin, and Thai.
